Install Qvasa

Get up and running with Qvasa in minutes. Follow the steps below to connect your Zendesk account.

Install from Zendesk Marketplace

Navigate to our app on the Zendesk App Marketplace and click "Install". A Zendesk Admin is required to complete this step.

Verify Installation

After installing, verify the webhook was created correctly:

  1. Go to your Zendesk Admin Center
  2. Navigate to Apps & Integrations → Webhooks
  3. Look for a webhook named qvasa_webhook

Don't see the webhook?

If the webhook didn't appear, try these steps:

  1. As a Zendesk Admin, navigate to your Zendesk Dashboard
  2. Wait 2 minutes for the app to fully install
  3. Check the webhooks page again
