What we collect
- Account details: your name, your work email address, your password (stored hashed) and a phone number if you add one for SMS alerts.
- Data from the systems your company connects to Qvasa, such as Zendesk: tickets, conversations, and agent and customer records.
- What you create in Qvasa: dashboards, alerts, reports, and the access tokens and connections you create for AI assistants.
- Usage data: log data, including your IP address, and cookies and analytics on our website and in the application.
How we use it
- To provide Qvasa, keep it secure and running, and contact you about your account.
- AI features, when they are enabled for an account, send conversation text or call audio to an AI model provider to produce the result.
Where it is stored and who receives it
- Information is stored with, and shared with, service providers that work on our behalf: hosting and storage, email and SMS delivery, support chat, application monitoring, analytics, sales contact management and AI processing.
- Information is sent to the systems you connect to Qvasa, as you direct.
How long we keep it
- We keep information for as long as the account is active, unless it is deleted sooner.
- To have data or an account deleted, email support@qvasa.com. Qvasa staff carry out the deletion.
AI connectors
You can connect an AI assistant, such as Claude, to your Qvasa account through the Qvasa connector.
- The assistant can read data in your Qvasa account and, if you grant write access, change it. It is limited to your own Qvasa permissions and the access you grant when you connect. Access is read-only unless you grant more. With the "Access conversations" access, what it can read includes the text of tickets, messages and call transcripts.
- We receive only the requests the assistant sends to Qvasa, not your conversation with it.
- We record the connection, the access you granted, when it is used, and the requests and their results. We keep that record as long as the account is active, like the rest of your data, and delete it on request.
- A support ticket the assistant files with the Qvasa team on your behalf carries only the message written for it, and is handled like a ticket you file in Qvasa.
- What the assistant's provider does with the data it receives is covered by that provider's privacy policy.
Cookies on our website
Our website, qvasa.com, uses four third-party services. Each sets cookies in your browser:
- Google Analytics: how visitors use the site: the pages read, where visitors came from, and the device and browser used.
- Google Ads: whether a visit came from one of our ads, and whether it led to a form being sent.
- HubSpot: visitor tracking for our sales contact management, and the forms and meeting booking on the site.
- Apollo: identifies the company a visitor belongs to, and may identify the visitor, for our sales team.
If you visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, none of these load until you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can accept them by category. To change your choice later, clear this site's cookies in your browser and reload: the banner asks again. Elsewhere, they load when the page does.
The Qvasa application itself, where you sign in, loads none of them.
